Terms of Trade - IBB Pressure Washing

1. Services

1.1. IBB Pressure Washing offers professional pressure washing services, including but not limited to:

● Driveways and concrete surfaces

● Pathways and pavers

● Block walls and fencing

● Curb and street gutters

● Tiles and pool areas

● House and shed washing

● Commercial & industrial spaces

1.2. Additional services may be provided upon request and will be quoted separately.

2. Quotes and Pricing

2.1. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

2.2. Pricing is based on the scope of work and is calculated at $3.50 - $4.00 per square meter unless stated otherwise.

2.3. Quotes are subject to:

● Access to functioning domestic water taps onsite.

● The condition of the surface to be cleaned.

● Additional costs for specialised treatments or equipment, if required.

● Size of space to be washed

3. Booking and Payment

3.1. A booking is confirmed upon written acceptance of the quote.

3.2. Payments must be made in full within 7 days of invoice issuance.

3.3. Payment methods accepted: bank transfer.

3.4. Late payments may incur a fee of 5% of the outstanding balance per week.

4. Access and Site Conditions

4.1. The client must ensure clear and safe access to the property, including adequate parking for vehicles and equipment.

4.2. All domestic water taps must be functional and accessible.

4.3. Surfaces must be cleared of debris, furniture, or obstacles prior to service commencement.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

5.1. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of $100.

5.2. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

6. Liability and Warranty

6.1. IBB Pressure Washing is fully insured and takes all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of your property.

6.2. IBB Pressure Washing is not liable for pre-existing damage to surfaces, cracks, or deterioration that becomes evident during or after cleaning.

6.3. Clients must notify IBB Pressure Washing of any delicate surfaces or concerns before the service begins.

7. Discounts and Referrals

7.1. A 10-20% discount applies to the first wash when referencing promotional material.

7.2. A 10% discount on the next wash is available for client referrals that lead to a new booking.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

8.1. IBB Pressure Washing respects the privacy of all clients and will handle personal information in accordance with relevant privacy laws.

8.2. Information provided by clients will only be used for service-related purposes.

9. Governing Law
